This policy applies to paid subscriptions to 91 Kitchens, operated by System 3 Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
The free first report
Your first report is free and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund. You are never charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Cancelling a subscription
- Cancel at any time from your Account page, or by writing to hello@91kitchens.com from your account email.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the billing period (year or month) you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Your reports stay in your account after cancellation, so you can come back later.
When we refund
- Duplicate or wrong charges: if you were charged twice, or charged an amount different from the plan you chose, we refund the extra amount in full.
- Service not delivered: if a technical fault on our side stopped you from using a paid period and we could not fix it, we refund that period, pro rata for an annual plan.
- New subscriptions: if you ask within 7 days of your first payment and have not analysed any report on the paid plan, we refund that payment in full.
- Discontinued plan: if we discontinue a plan you paid for, we refund the unused prepaid period.
When we don't
Because the Service is delivered digitally and instantly, we do not refund partly used billing periods after reports have been analysed, or renewals you did not cancel before they fell due, except as listed above.
How to ask, and how long it takes
- Write to hello@91kitchens.com from your account email, with the payment date and amount.
- We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and usually reach you within 5–7 working days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
