How it works

From two monthly payout reports to a clear action plan, in about a minute.

1. Get your payout reports

Every aggregator gives its partners a monthly payout report.

  1. Go to your aggregator's partner site, partner.swiggy.com or zomato.com/partners, and sign in.
  2. Open Finance, then Payouts.
  3. Select your legal entity.
  4. Click Email report and choose Monthly.
  5. Download two monthly reports (.xlsx) from the email, for two different months.

Upload the files as they arrive. Don't open and save them in Excel first: the free report needs the file exactly as the aggregator sent it. Swiggy and Ownly reports are coming soon.

2. Upload both months

Sign in with Google and drop the files into the two boxes: previous month and latest month. A consolidated report covering all your outlets works, and so does a report for a single outlet.

3. Read your report

Where each ₹100 went
Discounts you control, aggregator fees, ads and taxes, and what reached your bank, out of every ₹100 you billed.
What changed
Every number side by side with the month before, with the biggest moves explained in plain words.
What to ask your aggregator
Coupons not shared as agreed, fees above the cap, cancellations paid below policy, ads with no outlet. Each with order IDs and a message ready to send.
What to fix
Discount depth, ad spend against what you keep, rejections, long-distance fees, and TDS and TCS to claim back.

See it for yourself in the sample report.

4. Act, and share

Work through the action list and tick items off as you go. Download the report as a PDF for your partners or your accountant, and send the ready-made message to your aggregator account manager.

5. Next month, see what moved

On a paid plan, upload each new month as it arrives. Every action shows whether it's new, worse, better or resolved, and your trends build up month after month.

Who it's for

Restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens and quick-service restaurants that sell through food aggregators, whether online-only or alongside dine-in.
