How 91 Kitchens collects, uses, stores and protects your information, and the choices you have.
Last updated 29 September 2026

91 Kitchens ("we", "us") is a service operated by System 3 Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U72900DL2001PTC112522). This policy applies to 91kitchens.com and to the reports, emails and files we produce for you. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

What we collect

When you sign in

Your name, Gmail address and profile picture, as shared by Google when you choose to sign in with Google. We never see or store your Google password.

When you upload a report

The payout report files you choose to upload from your aggregator account. They contain your restaurant or outlet identifiers, order-level amounts (sales, discounts, fees, taxes, payouts), order and settlement dates, and the scrambled customer identifiers the aggregator includes. These identifiers do not reveal who your customers are.

When you use the service

  • Contract terms you choose to enter (for example your commission rate), and feedback you send us.
  • If you join the waitlist: your Gmail address, restaurant name, city and number of outlets.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, and the time of sign-ins, uploads and exports. When you export a report as a PDF, the date, your email and your IP address are printed in its footer and recorded.
  • Cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cookie that identifies your browser (not you), used to keep the free report to one per business. Ticking an action as done is remembered in your own browser only.

When you subscribe

Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We receive the subscription status, plan and amount; we never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank details.

How we use it

  • To produce your reports, charts, action lists and PDFs, and to compare each month with the ones before.
  • To run your account: sign-in, invites, subscription, and emails about your reports (you can stop follow-up emails from your account page).
  • To keep the free report to one per business, we recognise a business from identifiers inside the reports it uploads and from the browser cookie described above.
  • To improve our analysis. We may study reports in combined form across many businesses to improve how the analysis works. One business's figures are never shown to anyone else.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud and misuse.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run 91 Kitchens, each bound to use your data only for that purpose:

  • Google, for sign-in.
  • Our payment gateway, to process subscription payments.
  • Our email provider, to send you emails about your account and reports.
  • Our hosting provider, where the service and your files are stored.

We may disclose information when required by law, a court or a government authority, or to protect our rights and users. We do not share your data with any food aggregator.

How long we keep it

We keep your uploaded reports for as long as your account exists, so each new month can be compared with the last. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, files and reports within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices, which are kept for the period tax law requires). Combined, non-identifiable figures that no longer relate to you may be retained.

How we protect it

  • We never ask for your aggregator login; you upload files you downloaded yourself.
  • Every report, chart and export is checked against your account before it is shown. There are no public links to your reports.
  • Traffic to and from the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to our servers is restricted to authorised personnel.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
  • correct or update it;
  • delete it (erasure), and close your account;
  • withdraw consent you gave (for example, for us to keep your files). Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before, but we may then be unable to provide the service;
  • nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

Write to us at hello@91kitchens.com from the email address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

91 Kitchens is a business service for adults running food businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date and, for significant changes, tell you by email.
