Getting started
It reads the monthly payout reports your food aggregators give you and turns them into a clear report: where every ₹100 of sales went, what changed since last month, what to ask your aggregator for, and what to fix yourself.
Restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens and quick-service restaurants that sell through food aggregators, whether online-only or alongside dine-in. It works for one outlet or many.
Zomato today. Swiggy and Ownly reports are coming soon.
On zomato.com/partners: Finance → Payouts → select your legal entity → Email report → Monthly. Download two monthly reports from the email. The How it works page walks through it.
One month shows where the money went. Two show which way it is moving: whether ads crept up, a coupon split changed or a fee moved. That is usually where money can be recovered.
We let businesses in a small batch at a time. Every member gets a personal invite link for up to 5 people. Without one, join the waitlist.
You sign in with Google, so we never handle passwords. For now accounts are limited to Gmail addresses.
Your report
Every figure is worked out from every order in your report, not from its summary sheet (which often arrives broken). The report is informational, not accounting or tax advice; check important decisions with your adviser.
Out of every ₹100 you billed (food at menu price, plus packaging and pay for cancelled orders), how much reached your bank after discounts, aggregator fees, ads and taxes.
Things the report suggests raising with your aggregator, such as coupons you funded in full that were meant to be shared, fees above the cap, or cancellations paid below policy. Each comes with the order IDs and a message ready to send.
Yes. Add your agreed commission rate and coupon-sharing percentage on the report page, and any mismatch becomes a claim with a rupee figure. They carry forward to later months.
Yes, as a PDF for your partners or accountant, and the order IDs behind each action as CSV files.
