Service Delivery Policy

What is delivered

91 Kitchens delivers analysis of your aggregator payout reports online, at 91kitchens.com: reports, charts, comparisons between months, action lists, and downloadable PDF and CSV files. There are no physical goods and no shipping.

When

• Access: a paid plan becomes active as soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes. You'll see it on your account page.
• Reports: each report is produced within minutes of uploading the files. Large files can take up to a minute to read.
• Email: we email you when a report is ready.

Where

The service is delivered in your browser, anywhere you have an internet connection. You need a Google (Gmail) account to sign in.

If something doesn't arrive

If a paid plan does not activate within 30 minutes of payment, or a report does not appear, write to hello@91kitchens.com with your account email and the payment reference. We reply within 1 working day. If we cannot deliver the service you paid for, you are refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
